Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at It’s A Blast Glass LLC. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Free ground shipping within the lower 48 state and APO/FPO is available on items except for Clearance, Featured Artist, and Custom Gift & Awards.

Ground shipping is by our carrier of choice (typically UPS or USPS).

Expedited shipping is available and will be at the cost of the customer. Estimated shipping cost are calculated prior to checkout and will show available shipping methods, carriers, and their cost.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

 Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

It’s A Blast Glass LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

It’s A Blast Glass LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

It’s A Blast Glass LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, you must contact It’s A Blast Glass LLC within 5 business days of receipt of shipment to file a claim.  You must contact via email to marsha@its-a-blast-glass.com or phone 520-327-7879. 

You must save all packaging materials and damaged goods retaining until notified by It’s A Blast Glass LLC.  A representative from the carrier may inspect before a claim can be settled.  You must take photographs of packaging and damaged items and forward via email to marsha@its-a-blast-glass.com.

Items that can be replaced will be shipped out once we receive notification and photographs as described above.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship outside the U.S. to countries designated in the estimate shipping section of the shopping cart.
